Zombies 113/365+1

Elliott and Lily came to our house today while Monica and Dan took Alex to a Dr. appointment.  We went outside and let them play. Lily loved the Hippo that we have and kept telling me that her Mommy says she is a Zombie.  Yes she is a 2 and a half year old girl that constantly talks about Zombies.  Here she is playing with her Ezra Zombie.  Ezra Zombie sure likes his Lily Zombie.

Bang Bang Maxwell and Owen 112/365+1

The boys found the hammers and thought it would be a great idea to break open rocks.  Nick encouraged it (????) but told them that they had to wear eye protection.  They collected all sorts of rocks and pounded and pounded.  I as a girl totally don't understand it, like at all.

Dirt's Lookin' at You Kid 111/365+1

We were outside tonight and the kids were playing in the dirt.  As usual, right!? I look over at Max and realize that he has plugged these eyes into the dirt.  There is even a swoosh for a mouth.  I think it is funny.

There's Nick 110/365+1

I forgot to take a picture until late tonight.  I actually did a sneak attack picture of Nick but I am not so mean as to post that one.  Maybe later if I want something.

You Spin me Round 109/365+1

You spinner have become a lifesaver.  Thank you.  Thank you for helping Ezra stand up when my arms are tired form helping him stand up.  Thank you for entertaining him with your mirror and chew toy when I am trying to clean the kitchen or fix dinner. I am hoping to keep you around for a while.  Love, Me.

Parent Party 108/365+1

They have Parent Parties once a month at Max's school.  We have never attended them until two months ago when they were doing a Math Night.  Max loves math so I thought he might enjoy some one on one time with Nick.  They had a blast.  They have been to a few now.  This last one was a Internet Safety Night.  They learned about not giving their name out or other personal information, and bonus they each got a Granny B's Pink cookie.  They even brought them home and shared with me and Owen.

Gripe Water 104/365+1

Some nights I don't know what we would do without Gripe Water.  We call it Ezra's snack.  Because of it I am convinced that he will like black licorice.
Happy Birthday Mary!  Oh and Mary....I can't comment on your blog anymore.  It won't let me.  I hope that your Mom is doing better after her surgery, and good luck to Kyle on the Iron Man that is coming up.  Try not to stress too much!

Who's There? 103/365+1

It is no secret that Ezra likes to sleep with a blanket over his head.  Tonight I found him fully covered to the point that it was almost tucked around his head.  He was sound asleep.  We stopped putting his blanket around the top of his head after this.  Now it just lays to the side of him.
p.s. Doesn't he kinda look like a turkey?

Some Nights 102/365+1

Some nights while the boys are in bed and Nick is on the wind trainer Ez and I just wander around the house.  We don't do it often just if he is fussy and won't stay asleep.  Tonight was one of those nights.  Teething bites.

Shake Out 100/365+1

We are signed up for The Great Shake Out a statewide earthquake drill.  I thought it would be good to go over earthquake stuff with the kids.  We also need to go through our 72 hour kits and update stuff.  Now to remember to do it.
Happy Birthday to my Dad.  We love you!

Blankets 99/365+1

Max sleeps in a mound of blankets.  Sometimes I am afraid we are going to lose him in there.  I take them off, he puts them back on.  Sometimes he even falls out of bed because of them.
